The Faculties
Ten tracks. You run three or four of the subject faculties in any trimester; the capstones run continuously. Open a faculty to see its sequence, and mark texts as you clear them.
The Multi-Year Arc
A lifelong studium, run in parallel with the career — never ahead of it. The phases are an order, not a schedule: each opens when the last is cleared. Then Year One, trimester by trimester. Trimesters follow the calendar year: January–April, May–August, September–December, with a real break after each.
Bridge term — the current build
Oct 19 – Dec 18, 2026 · nine weeks. A lighter term with one job: finish three things and set the ground for Year One. Trimester I opens Jan 4, 2027.
Reflections
Once a week, and again at each term's end: what got finished, what stalled, what changes. Then adjust the plan to match.
Shipped
Every trimester ends in at least one public output — a write-up, a build or a short video. This is the proof of work.
The Forge — the works
The Academy exists to feed the making. Two works are on the anvil; everything else waits in the archive until one ships. Progress is measured the old guild way: by finished pieces, not hours or plans.

Strength for the mat, the workshop and the decades. Measured by the weekly average, never the morning number.
